SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY GENERALLY
WEST OF THE PECOS RIVER.  WHILE FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED... LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE EVEN WITH THE SHOWERS AS THEY WILL BE TROPICAL
IN NATURE.  HEAVY RAIN WILL MOST BE A CONCERN OVER THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS.
LOWER STORM CHANCES ARE EXPECTED EAST OF THE PECOS RIVER TODAY AND AREAWIDE
TONIGHT.
