Dense fog is mainly being observed across parts of deep east Texas...However patchy dense fog May be being observed in other parts of the area. Visibilities May become severely restricted near rivers...Lakes...Bridges...And low lying areas. Be especially cautious in and near school zones. Watch for flashing yellow or red signals on school buses...And watch for children waiting for school buses in the fog.
