Now...The east coast sea breeze has collided with several outflow boundaries resulting in scattered lightning storms from southern volusia...Eastern seminole...Eastern orange...Osceola and okeechobee counties. Dry air aloft is limiting the intensity and duration of storms but heavy rainfall accumulating up to 2 inches in a few spots will be possible in the stronger storms as well as dangerous lightning strikes and wind gusts to 40 mph. Storm motion is toward the northeast around 10 mph which will bring some of the showers and storms across the coast north of the cape.
