The NowCasts (also known as Short Term Forecasts) from the National Weather Service (NWS) normally provide a forecast for the next three to six hours. The National Weather Service (NWS) does not provide this for all areas and in some cases, the National Weather Service (NWS) only provides the NowCast when there is inclimate weather present.
