Now...At 11:32 am...Doppler radar detected isolated showers and thunderstorms developing across central and southern le flore county. This activity was lifting north at Around 25 mph. Through 1 pm...Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible for le flore...Sequoyah and sebastian counties. Additional development will be possible elsewhere across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas during this time. Light to occasional moderate showers will be common with much of this activity...Resulting in average hourly rainfall of up to one tenth of an inch. Any thunderstorms that occur will have the potential to produce a period of heavy rainfall and brief gusty winds. Those with outdoor activities are urged to remain alert for changing weather conditions and the potential for lightning in the area.
