The snow had mixed with sleet or freezing drizzle in some locations. All precipitation was moving northeast at Around 30 mph. Through 9:30 am...Occasional light to moderate snow mixing with sleet and freezing rain will continue to affect most of eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. A gusty 20 to 25 mph south wind will persist. A winter storm warning is in effect for benton...Washington...Madison...And carroll counties in Arkansas until 6 pm this evening. A winter weather advisory is also in effect for eastern Oklahoma and sebastian...Crawford...And franklin counties in Arkansas until 6 pm.
