* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Expect wind chills to
drop into the zero to 10 below zero range overnight for most
locations. Atop the Cumberland Plateau wind chills may drop into
the 10 to 15 below range.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Alabama and
southern middle Tennessee.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions from
earlier snowfall, including during the evening commute. The
cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes
to exposed skin.
