This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower

Flooding continues to be a significant issue with many roads (as
of midnight) still closed in most of the counties in this area.
Water levels continue to recede slowly but remain high enough yet
to be a significant travel problem.
Freezing rain, sleet are expected late tonight but for the most
part this is more likely near and north of Route 10. Precipitation
amounts are expected to be light, still any ice could create

River levels are expected to remain high into the weekend as the
precipitation routes it way down area rivers.
The area of freezing rain will quickly lift out of the area by mid
