.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
There will be a risk for thunderstorms through tonight for locations
near and north of a Comanche to Waxahachie to Emory line.
Thunderstorm chances will expand to just about the remainder of North
and Central Texas during the evening hours. The main storm hazards
will be strong to severe downburst winds, frequent lightning and
Heat index values will climb into the 100 to 105 degree range on
this afternoon...especially across East Texas.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
There will be a risk for thunderstorms near and east of a Bonham to
Cleburne to Comanche line on Monday with a continued chance for
storms across the Brazos Valley early Tuesday morning.
Heat index values on Monday afternoon may remain elevated, with
values near 105 degrees across the Brazos Valley.
